Subscription Plans

MMJ offers subscription-based services with various payment options, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your MMJ account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
  3. Select "Subscription Management"
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period expires.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual and Quarterly Subscriptions

For annual and quarterly subscription plans, we offer prorated refunds under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation within 14 days of purchase: Full refund
  • Cancellation after 14 days: Prorated refund based on the unused period minus a 10% administration fee

Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues or technical problems that prevent you from using our platform, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact our support team with details of the issues you've encountered.

How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time service fees
  • Premium job application credits that have been used
  • Account upgrades for specific features that have been activated or used
