User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the platform.

Subscriptions and Payments

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to match users with job opportunities and facilitate job applications. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful services, you acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are algorithmic and may not always be perfect
• Auto-generated content should be reviewed before submission
• You maintain responsibility for all applications submitted through our platform
• We do not guarantee job placement or employment

User Content

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, resume, text, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the platform.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMJ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
